Dear list members:

Given the critical situation that has emerged in the border between
Ecuador and Peru, we would like to ask for signatures in support of a
message calling for an inmediate cease fire between the two countries,
and a negotiated solution to the conflict.

If you would like to offer your support or be involved in this important
effort please e-mail me directly at: lfierro@arrow.eco.utexas.edu
