The instructions for subscribing to TRIBALLAW recently posted need one
small change: instead of sending the SUBS... message to thecity@sfsu.edu
it should be sent to listserv@thecity.sfsu.edu --at least, that worked
for me, and I got an error message from the first address!
--other than being a (new) subscriber, I have no connection with the
list; this is just offered to help anyone who might have trouble with
it!
