ETHNIC MINORITIES IN CONSTITUTIONS

I am looking for references of ethnic minorities in constitutional
texts, as a part of the project I intend to develop for my doctoral
dissertation. I would be very grateful if anyone could inform me of the
constitutions that contain such matters. Bibliographical references
are also wellcome.
