aim's alcohol abuse program

i am doing a research project on the use of alcohol abuse programs which
focus on helping native americans within the correctional facilities
walls. can anyone suggest a contact in the eastern washington area who
may be associated with such a program. what is it called?? anyone have
any good articles they can suggest?
