Native Cable TV Programming

I am currently working on a project which is looking at producing
programming for and about native concerns for the local cable TV educational
networks. We have noticed that there is a tremendous amount of film and
documentary material already available. But it is much more difficult to
find out who else is already producing programming on native concerns. We
noticed on the French Radio-Quebec (channel 17 here in Montreal) that
similr programming already exists. I would be interested in hearing from
members of the list about other such programs, their content, and who is
producing them. Thanks for your help!!
