You might try a video entitled Indians and the Law which came out about
1980 and was done in conjectgion with the Colorado Public Broadcast System
I believe. It was a four-part program and one dealt with fishing rights
in the Pacific Northwest and was based on the Judge Bolt decision. I
hope you can locatge it because it was quite well done.
