This has also happened in Canada in the mid-seventies when the
Nishnabe-Aski Nation around Hudson and James Bay sent delegates to the
U.N., the Bertrand Russell Tribunal, and the International Court in
Europe to make presentations on a broad spectrum of issues. The passports
were accepted and stamped by all the countries visited and on return to
Canada, Canadian Customs stamped it also. I believe the Six Nations
people in Canad also use their own passports. However, I stand to be
corrected.
