Or try the BIA Lakewood, CO, office. Ask for Nancy Pierskalla, at
303-969-5141.
One or both of these offices has the BIA guidelines for per-capita distribution
plans and a sample distribution plan. One or both of the offices may be able
to help with explanations of the guidelines.

Area Office director, if you haven't already.
