I read in a book about the history of Kentucky; (do not remember the
name of the book), anyway this book said that Kentucky Indians were
mostly Cherokee, Chickasaw, and Shawnee. I have no idea how correct
this may be, but most Native American here in Richmond Kentucky
claim to be Cherokee. Wendy
