Encarta is nice but, it is an "in general" encyclopedia. (They
also support the idea that we have "descended from Asian peoples who
migrated across the Bering land bridge during the Pleistocene epoch".)

I have only found two CDROMs to date that cover Native American
historical information. The first is a DOS based application called
"North American Indians" and it is published by:
Quanta Press, Inc.
1313 Fifth Street SE,
Suite 208C
Minneapolis, MN 55414
(612) 379-3956 Phone
(612) 623-4570 Fax
The second is a windows program titled "The Indian Question" and it is
published by:
Objective Computing
PO Box 51246
Indianapolis, IN 46251
(317) 475-9904 Phone

I personally enjoy the second "The Indian Question". It appears
much thought went into that project and it shows. It is also fairly easy
to use. I hope this was some help.
