Boz'o Friends,
This symbol was found carved into a large beech tree in North
Central Indiana. Anyone have any ideas what it might represent?

There were 4 large beech trees approximately 40/50 yards apart. One at
the North, South, East, & West in a woods. In the middle of the 4 beech
trees was a ceder tree, this is the only ceder in the area. I guess I
should also tell you that the woman who bought the property that these
trees are on began having dreams. This one she says she has had about 4
or 5 times. (She is not Native by the way). A man in a ribbon shirt
appears to her in her dream and tells her there are children buried on
the property, but thats its OK for her to be there.
This woods has never been developed. It has been in the same family
from the 1860's to the 1960's. The tree with the symbol on it also has
other marks on it...like three lines about 4/5 inchs long, one on top of
the other. The tree opposent of this one has what looks like a symbol of
a tadpole on it as does the tree with the symbol shown above. The tree
with the symbol shown above is the Western tree, the other tree with the
tadpole (?) symbol on it is the Eastern tree.
Any ideas? As always...

Keep The Faith,
