This has been mentioned before a few times, but since I've seen the
question asked twice, I'll repost the information, which, be warned, is
effectively an advertisement, since it is my product:

My company, Objective Computing, sells a CD-ROM containing about
10,000 pages of material on American Indian history, with about 1,000
color and black and white illustrations. The core work is the 6 volume
Schoolcraft encyclopedia compiled around 1850, about 4200 pages. (Sells
for about $6000, minimally, if you can find a set). Our disc also
contains the 1904 Kappler compilation of treaties, containing about 370
full text treaties, with signers. There is also a guide to the National
Archives,
a large book on sign language compiled in the 1880's, and more. As you
can tell, the focus is on source material, mostly from the 19th century. It
is a fully searchable disc -- entering a phrase will search through those
10,000 pages in seconds. The CD-ROM is available for $59.95 (individual)
retail from us. It was recently given a very favorable review in Multimedia
Schools magazine. E-mail back for more info.
