Research assistance

I am writing on behalf of one of my undergraduate students at the
University who is doing research on the Potlatch. She wants to
to analyze U.S. government repression of the Potlatch
ceremony practiced by Pacific Northwest nations and cannot find anything
at the University of Minnesota library which discusses this question
specifically. I have checked Francis Prucha's Bibliographic guide and
was surprised that there were no entries on this issue. Can anyone help
