Funny you should ask. A source of mine sez there should be an annoucement
this Friday of which utilities are on board to move forward with the
development. I know they announced early on they would not proceed unless
they had at least 12, and my source said well over that number
of utilities ready to ante up.
After this announcement will begin a new 18 month phase. I don't know at
this moment what that will entail; if I hear more on Fri., or do a story
on it subsequently, I'll post the info if you're interested.
