Mescalero nuclear dump case

I need some information about the Mescalero nuclear dump ca. The phone
number for HANDS, the group opposing the dump, is out of service. Can
somebody answer my question or direct me to a source of information?
I need to know the identity of the consortium of nuclear energy users
that proposes to dump waste at a site at Mescalero, and I need to know
how the consortium is representing the land there. What words do they
use to describe the land or to refer to the site? More specifically, do
they use any visual imagery to refer to the site of the dump or to the
reservation in general?

I need this for an essay about how images of the land have been used in
the contest for land in North America. Thanks.
