Native American studies resource center?

I am trying to track down a rumor that there is a Native American resource
center in the Washington DC area. I will be in the area in July and I am doing
some research on Native American traditional justice practices that could
benefit from some library research. Does anyone on the net have information
on such a center? If I could get a name and a phone number that would be a
great start. Marianne.
