Marianne. I'm not certain what you mean by "resource center" but perhaps you
are referring to the Native American Policy Center. It is associated with
George Washington University and the phone number I have is: (202)676-4401.

[ Actually, the name of the organization is "National Indian Policy Center."
The last I heard, they could also be reached by means of Orna Weinroth,
