Someone was asking for information about the upcoming
'95 UNITY (United National Indian Tribal Youth) Conf-
ference. I can quote a few details, as I have the
Spring 1995 edition of _UNITY_News_ lying here on my
desk !

To relay a few passages:

San Diego, one of the world's most beautiful
cities, will be the site of the 1995 Nation-
al UNITY Conference.

In what is expected to be the largest confer-
ence attendance in the 19-year history of
UNITY, the conference will begin on Thursday,
June 15 at 1:30 p.m. and adjourn at noon on
Monday, June 19.

The conference registration fee for youth or
advisors is $ 50 if payment is received by
UNITY by June 1. Afterward, the fee is
$ 60. Purchase orders will be accepted.

Town & Country Hotel is holding a block of
rooms until May 25. After that, rooms will
be sold on a first-come, first served basis.
The first night's deposit is required to re-
serve and confirm rooms. When making reser-
vations refer to National UNITY Conference.
You may call the Town & Country Hotel direct-
ly at (619) 291-7131, or you may call Atlas
Hotel's toll-free number at (800) 772-8527
and mention the Town & Country Hotel. Rates
are $ 59.00 for one or two persons and
$ 79.00 for three or four persons. In addi-
tion, there is a 10.5 % tax.

Delta Airlines is offering special discounted
airfares for conference participants. To
take advantage of this offer, call, or have
your travel agent call 1-800-241-6760. Ref-
er to File Number: Q1479

Transportation from the airport to the hotel
is available. Cloud 9 shuttle service costs
$ 7 each way.

All meals are ``on your own'' with the excep-
tion of one banquet or feast which will be
provided. Fast food restaurants are located
in a nearby mall.

There is a form on the back cover of UNITY News. You
can call United National Indian Tribal Youth at (405)
424-3010, FAX (405) 424-3018. UNITY, P.O. Box 25042
Oklahoma City, OK 73125.

Good luck, hope to see you and everyone there.
