I am of the Chumash Nation, the area occupied by the government of the
united states of america, california, santa barbara. I believe that in
order to combat the american cult called science, our own people must
learn and work from within. In the Fall I will be begining an
Anthropology program focused on my people. In this program I will be
working for repatriation and reanalyzing the american historical
perspectives on the remains of my ancestors. My work is to protect and
preserve my culture for my people, my childrens grandchildren. I would
like to suggest, if you haven't already, that you tailor your work to not
only include but train the First Peoples of the land that you are on, to
secure thier own reality. I would like to ask if I may use your
terminology of "a cult called science"? I wish you success and guidence
on the path that you are following.
