The facts surrounding Pocahontas' life are obscured by the legents
xxx legends that keep getting rewrote every year or so for the last
350 years. But, it appears that Pocahontas did give birth to a son,
Thomas, whose father was John Rolfe, and that two lineages now
exist in Virginia and elsewhere. Over the last 350 years, it is
conceivable that 2 million descendants exist from this one son,
but based on my research few claim to be directly descended.
