Cherokee Education

I am currently working on a master's thesis on the Eastern Band of the
Cherokee's education from 1881-yesterday. Much of my research has
initially dealt with the Quaker involvement amoung the Cherokee. The
Federal Government became involved with Native American education during
this time. I am currently looking for information dealing with Federal
involvement amoung the Eastern Band. Any information or insight would be
greatly appreciated.
