I use two names as hypothetical people, Pamela and Tom. I did this merely
to make the discussion between Gary and myself clearer, not to imply that
any person had in fact argued what I attribute as hypotheticals in the
explanation. I guess what I mean is this: any resemblance to persons
living or dead is unintentional.
Hope I didn't offend or confuse anyone.

be copied legally I've made a mistake in a judgement in copying text
