PNW/BC PowWows?

The Kid & I are heading up to the PNW to celebrate his 14th Birthday 1-1/2
wks ago, and we are, of course, looking for (1) Celebrations, (2) local,
non-Intertribal gatherings, (3) Other Ojibwe/Annishnabes, &, of course,
great nurseries. The other things we are looking for is good White
Water/Rafting companies (as opposed to "mail boats"). If any of you
live in Oregon, Washing, BC., Idaho, etc., we'd love suggestions &
information. The other things we are always looking for are Steam Trains
& Caverns (yeah, we've been to Oregon Caves). We will be seeing friends
in Happy Camp on the way north around Aug. 11th.
Thanking any/all of you in advance for continuing the tradition of
giving... Anyone know the date of Makah Days out at Neah Bay? I have a
feeling it just passed ...
