Being in law enforcement I know that this is not true. The pow wows I've
attended here in Utah and Idaho always have several "whites" selling
everything from medicine bundles to dream catchers to...you name it.
The sign must have been referring to something else or was just someones
scare tactic. Being a "Texan," I know that the latter could be the case.
