i dont know this to be fact, but if i remember correctly i think that
some pow wows only allow indian vendors to sell at thier pow wow
at least thats what i was once told at a pow wow. also it didnt matter if
vendor was full blood or part blood it just mattered that they were indian.

also i hope i havent affended anyone with the term indian instead of
native american . but i have been classified irish/indian all my life
and thats what im comfortable with.
