Thank you for posting the Arts and Crafts Act. As I read it, though,
it restricts the label and sale of *items* of art in order to protect
their validity, but doeas not specify *who* can sell them. So, yes,
only the Tribes/Bands/Nations can say what is or is not authentic,
but if it is authentic, it seems that anyone can then sell it.
Am I wrong? Just seeking clarification. Thanks.
