I am conducting research for the International Centre on Human Rights and
Democratic Development ("The Broadbent Centre") on international
solidarity activities between Aboriginal peoples in Canada and indigenous
peoples abroad.
I would appreciate any information on such inter-indigenous cooperation
activities. These solidarity activities can be those of a a large, or
small-scale, but the important criteria is that they have been sustained
for a certain period of time, and that they are sustainable.
I am aware of some Aboriginal organizations, non-governmental
organizations, band councils and Aboriginal communities which have
undertaken such activities.
My task is to identify these activities and prepare a profile of each.
