I am dramaturg for a production of Tomson Highway's *The Rez Sisters*, and I
am looking for some assistance finding the Ojibway Funeral Song.
The song is referenced in the play, and four lines of text are given, however
there is no indication of the music. I need to know if this is an establish
musical piece/pattern I can find, or if not, what the appropriate type of
music would be.
Not being Native, I am very caution to make sure I find and use what is
appropriate for this scene.
If anyone out there is familar with the production, or has worked on the
production, I'd appreciate your input!
Anyone with ideas on musical leads would also be appreciated!!!
