Cree of Northern Quebec Hold Referendum

Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) news (radio) this
morning, spoke of the referendum that the Cree of Northern
Quebec will hold 4 days before the Quebec Referendum which is
slated for the end of October/95.

Chief Billie Two Rivers (I believe from Kahnawake Mohawk
Nation) spoke of his support for the Cree's referendum.

I missed part of the broadcast because of fade-out (I was on
the road at the time). Does anyone have more information?
