Fort Albany Nation Needs Video Equipment

Fort Albany First Nation, Ontario Canada, is an Omushkego Cree
community located 16 km from James Bay on the Albany River. We
are about to begin a community development project geared to
educating community members about communications technology while
also creating an archive of information from our elders. The
project will create an audio and video archive of the
experiences, knowledge and insight of community members,
especially from elders.

We are putting out this call now to request donations of
equipment to the project. We especially need 3/4 inch and high 8
video equipment. If you have any ideas who to contact, or have
