The Cree and the Inuit are holding their referendums today. There was
a short article in todays Ottawa Citizen, page three in Section A I
think, that quotes Matthew Coon Come as saying that Ottawa should
recognize their decision if they (Ottawa) recognizes Quebec's decision.

Sorry, I don't have the article here with me (I read the paper before
leaving for work in the morning).
