that could potentially provoke a discussion (even a heated one), I would like
to request that anyone having something to contribute to Laura's research
please send it to her, using the address given above, rather than posting a
followup article to the NATIVE-L list. (I will relay to Laura messages sub-
mitted to NATIVE-L thus far.)
