Parizeau resigns after derogatory remarks

Jacques Parizeau has resigned his position as leader of the PQ and as
Premier of Quebec, effective by Chrismas-time. He is probably no longer
Minster of Indian Affairs in Quebec either, effective as he would have been
(giggle)! Some speculate he was also intoxicated at the time he delivered
his speech in which he blames the loss of the referendum to ethnic voters
and big money interests. He'll probably go visit Boris in the Kremlin for
drinks and swap political stories
