I appreciate the detailed information on the Ngobe-Bugle General Congress as
the Ngobe are of especial interest to me.

In the interests of accuracy, a couple of corrections to the statement that
precedes the account:

Carlos Ortega (not Ortiga) is cacique of the Ngobe (not the Kuna) living in the
Province of Veraguas.
