As you are all by now aware the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting is
about to take place in New Zealand. Many activities are taken place here in
New Zealand connected to it, it has been used by the NZ government largely
as a chance for it to showcase this country to foriegn investment, ignoring
the claims of Iwi maori the indigenous peoples.
I know that a large hui is taken place in Auckland (where CHOGM is also
meeting), and beleive that some Cree, Native Australians and other
indigenous peoples will be present.
I am interested in knowing what other peoples are doing with regards to
this meeting or the Commonwealth as a body, and also what issues peoples
still occupied by the Stolenwealth see as relevant in our common struggle.
