Cross-cultural educational materials

I have a request for help for a friend of mine.
She is seeking materials and/or references to present a cross-cultural
awareness workshop for faculty and staff at a post secondary institute. The
institute is in the process of developing native programs but there is a
lack of knowledge about native issues in general.
