Try the list server NAT-WORK@VM1.CC.UAKRON.EDU

It deals with Native American Work Issues.

Good Luck

New list NAT-WORK, clarification

A little further information / clarification about the NAT-WORK list,
per Gary's suggestion.

NAT-WORK was created to address the work situations affecting the
Native population of North America, especially the U.S. and Canada
since these share the most common experiences.

The focus is aimed toward remedying the multitude of problems and
barriers which Natives face in the world of work today, through
sharing of ideas and building solutions collectively.

For details on how to describe, here's the original anouncement...

employment as they relate to and affect the American Indian
population and individual, including (but not limited to) areas
of cultural conflict, the components of a culturally appropriate
work place, barriers American Indians face, and exploring
solutions to the problems they face.
