The Oneida Indian Nation is seeking a few good vendors for our retail
spaces in The Hotel at Turning Stone Casino Resort which is currently under
construction and is slated for completion
in late 1996.
The hotel is a three-star property with 277 guest rooms and amenities such
as a spa and a health club, events arena, and several specialty
restaurants.
We are now in the process of designing concepts for the boutiques and the
products to be sold in 7 retail locations within the hotel.
The Turning Stone Hotel is located adjacent to the casino and bingo hall
and as such enjoys circulation through its lobby from both hotel/casino
guests and from casino only patrons.
That means that between 5 to 10,000 visitors daily will pass through the
lobby atrium shops at the Turning Stone Casino Resort.
Turning Stone Casino is New York State's first and only legal casino.
Visitors come from major metropolitan areas within the State and from
neighboring states such as Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut,
Massachussetts and New Hampshire.
The Nation's casino and hotel retail environment is the wave of the future!
Travelers look for ways to maximize their leisure time and shopping is
among their most desirable diversions. We
are looking for -
branded and non-branded merchandise,
arts and crafts,
fine gifts and crystal,
leathergoods,
perfume,
cosmetics and,
lingerie.
The possibilities are endless and the potential exists for entrepreneurial
vendors who are
interested in partnering with a growing organization.
