Governors meeting in Washington D.C. have apparently blasted U.S. EPA over the
delegation of authorities under the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts to tribes. A
Resolution requesting that the Congress and the President revisit legislation
granting tribal authority in these areas apparently passed unanimously among the
governors.
