Browner, Thompson, Engler Conference call?

Apparently last Friday a conference call was scheduled between U.S. EPA
Administrator Carol Browner and Governors Thompson of Wisconsin and Engler
of Michigan. The subject was the Request of the Potowatomis of Wisconsin
to redesignate Air to Class I status...the governors are opposed to this.
Also they undoubtedly discussed tribal authority to receive Treatment as
a State designation for Water Quality Standards programs. Four tribes
recently received this authority in Wisconsin and Governor Thompson is
furious!! Does anyone know if this call took place and what was
discussed??
