To Right Honorable Leader of the Opposition
Mr John Howard.
We write to you with deep concern.
We are powerless.
The racism in Western Australia with Police Raids and Government attitudes
and Aboriginal Organisations controlled by the governments, State and
Federal, has been atrocious against us the Aboriginal people who live in
Aboriginal communities scattered around the State of Western Australia.
This Community, the last of the River People living in the Swan Valley of
Western Australia. the Swan Coastal Plain has had constant attacks time and
time again by the Police Force of Western Australia under the direction of
Bob Falconer the Commissioner of Police.
We have nowhere else to turn to. All avenues that we have approached for
assistance or for natural justice to be done have been unfruitful.
'We ask you and your Liberal Party who is the Opposition, it elected to
govern this country, what would you do about this racism that is killing
our people with worry and stress and destroying our peace of mind?
Would your Government help us to stop this Racism?
The basic Human Rights is supposed to say people from all walks of life no
matter what nationality you are is entitled to live in peace.
We have written letter 1 and letter 2 to Robert Tickner as Minister in the
Commonwealth to intervene in this Racism and the police attitude against
Aboriginal people in Western Australia.
We have had no response. What we asked Rob Tickner was for ar Federal
inquiry into the Police Force of Western Australia and its dealings with
Aboriginal people and the Terrorism of us, by bringing in large numbers of
police onto our community and Alsation dogs and coming heavily armed.
The growth and the building up of this racism we know not where it is coming
from, from what department, be it Labor or Liberal or National.
We say unto you as John Howard leader of the Liberal Party that the attitude
of South Africa is here on how they dealt with blacks in South Africa.
We ask you to take seriously what has been written down because we can
foresee and we are living in fear of the violence that is coming to the
streets of Western Australia and we want not that to happen.
We want to live in Peace and in Harmony with our own Mother, the Land.
A Government that comes to power should put peoples concerns first.
All that has been set up under the present Government including ATSIC, Mabo,
has created a division amongst Aboriginal people, infighting and small
groups of Aboriginal people being built up by governments in power to become
a wedge against Aboriginal people and to split and divide. Mabo has done
nothing for us. We and many other Nyungah Elders wrote to the present Prime
Minister to ask him to do the Mabo issue in the proper way, not with blacks
hand-picked by him. The rest of the Aboriginal people had no say. We asked
him to sit down and talk to the Elders and old People chosen by their own
people from all over the Land and to get it done properly from the
beginning. That way a proper Mabo Law would have been set up, and it would
not have caused this division. We never had any replies to our letters.
The Aboriginal People once lived in harmony together with ourselves and the
land and we want to live in harmony with the White People, but in this day
and age there is division. Division has been caused by bad plotting and
planning of the unseen powers that be. A lot of money has been spent but
there is no results to uplift and upgrade and to assure Aboriginal people
that there is a good life to live in harmony with white people and the
land.
Any Aboriginal persons who boom up the Labor Government are just lone
voices. We don't believe in any government unless they come up with the
goods. We don't support Noel Pearson. He showed his true colours with
Mabo. He is a lone voice. Any Aboriginal persons who support Lawrence
should remember Keating fully knew what Lawrence did to the Aboriginal
people of Western Australia before he took her to Canberra. She is not to
be trusted. The scar of Lawrence and WA INC is still on all Aboriginal
people.
If you become Prime Minister and your Government becomes decision makers of
Australia, all we ask your Government is to listen to the Aboriginal Elders
of grassroots communities and let their wise decision be the guidelines in
between right and wrong, and we ask you and your Government to destroy this
Racism that is building up and eating away at our minds and destroying our
hopes of a better future for our children.

TREATMENT OF THE ABORIGINAL PEOPLE IN WA?
1. GOONININUP OUR SACRED GROUNDS (SWAN BREWERY) - SHE
GAVE THE GO-AHEAD TO JOHN ROBERTS/MULTIPLEX TO DESECRATE
OUR BELIEFS + DAMAGE US. Yosse Goldberg, Bond, Easton, Burke,
Lawrence, Parker all had a part and this has never been investigated
not even by the media.
2. MARANDOO SACRED GROUNDS - SHE TOLD THE ABORIGINAL
PEOPLE OF THE HAMERSLEY RANGES TO DIG UP THEIR SACREDNESS AND
GAVE PERMISSION TO CRA TO DIG UP THE SACRED SITES BY PASSING A
SPECIAL LAW IN PARLIAMENT.
3. YACKABINDIE THE SACRED VALLEY OF NGULU WURRI WURRI
(JONES CREEK) - HER GOVERNMENT ALLOWED THE SUPPRESSION OF THE
TRUTH OF THE EXISTENCE OF A HUGE AREA OF SITES AND GAVE THE
GO-AHEAD TO DOMINION MINES/CRA FOR A HUGE NICKEL MINE.
4. ROTTNEST ISLAND GAOL WHERE THE BLOOD OF OUR FREEDOM
FIGHTER ANCESTORS IS STILL ON THE WALLS AND THEIR SPIRITS STILL
IN THE CELLS - SHE GAVE PERMISSION TO ALAN BOND/DALLHOLD TO
DESECRATE OUR SACREDNESS + HISTORY FOR LUXURY ACCOMODATION.
5. ABORIGINAL HOMES DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION - WE ASKED
FOR AN INQUIRY ON THIS IN 1990 AND 1991, INCLUDING THE PART OF
EASTON + LAWRENCE.
6. JUVENILE CRIME LAW - SHE PUSHED THIS THROUGH AGAINST
INTERNATIONAL LAW + HUMAN RIGHTS, AIMED AT BLACK KIDS.
7. NATIONAL PARKS - HER GOVERNMENT WAS THE ONE THAT
CHANGED THE LAW TO ALLOW MINING IN NATIONAL PARKS
INCLUDING RUDALL RIVER OF THE MARDU PEOPLE, AND
D'ENTRECASTEAUX OF THE NYUNGAH PEOPLE.
The Aboriginal people of Western Australia have no time for her. She talks
about damaging her reputation - she's damaged her reputation what she did to
the Aboriginal people, so what are Kim Beazley and KEATING talking about?
