Call for presenters,papers,artists,traders,dancers to MTU's First Annual
Spirit of the Harvest Gathering & Powwow slated for Oct.11, 12, and 13th.
The Powwow will be at the "DEE" (stadium) located on the banks of the
Portage Canal, gateway to Lake Superior and Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula
during our peak color season.

Suggested Topics, include, but are not limited to: Indigenous people issues,
Native Men & Women's issues, traditional medicine, self-determination,
sovereignty, environmental law, Native Americans in engineering, math and
sciences...

The event is sponsored by a MICCUP grant and AISES students.
