in the earlier article from monet@aloha.net (Sam Monet). I have removed
that text to avoid duplication. This copy also included the information
that Audrey E. Keesing, MPH, President of Hawai'i NOW, can be reached at
the address "now@aloha.net" and that the National Organization of Women
has a Web site at "http://www.now.org/" --Gary (gst@gnosys.svle.ma.us) ]

Note: The Native Hawaiian Vote on sovereignty is being conducted by the
state of Hawaii through the Hawaiian Sovereignty Elections Council, on
which the Office of Hawaii Affairs is represented by one seat.

Native Hawaiians 18 years and older by Sept. 2 are encouraged to register
to vote by July 15th. Call 1-800-95-VOTER to request voter registration
forms, or visit the HSEC web site where voter registration forms can be
downloaded in Adobe Acrobat (TM) format.
