The Economic Development Administration (not the Dept of Commerce as
reported earlier) had contracted Dr. Tiller to develop the Guide and
provide copies to the EDA for distribution. Yesterday I contacted the
EDA offices in Washington, DC, about getting a free copy and they will
send one shortly since they are expecting their first shipment on
Friday, July 5, 1996. Contact EDA's Tony Meyer or Marjorie Leydic-Boyd
