On Wednesday, July 3, the Minnesota Supreme Court suspended the law license
of former state Sen. Harold "Skip" Finn, who was convicted of stealing from
the Leech Lake Band of Chippewa. The court has yet to decide whether to
disbar Finn, but agreed to suspend him pending a decision on that
matter. Finn's resignation for the Senate became effective on Monday.
