According to an Associated Press release in our local Gannett paper, State
Supreme Court Judge Joseph Harris has given New York State 120 days to start
collecting the gasoline and cigarette tax from *non-Indian* purchasers on
reservation land or to eliminate taxes on those same items throughout the
state.
