After learning of the free copy I contacted the Dept of Commerce and
ordered a copy because several folks were sharing the original copy.
Today I received two copies from the Dept of Commerce. One was a
complete copy. The second had several blank pages. I would think that
the Dept of Commerce would send a replacement copy to anyone receiving an
incomplete copy.
The free copy and the copy from the publishing house have exactly the
same page numbers. The primary difference seems to be the binding
(paperback versus hard cover). And of course the title page reflects the
Dept of Commerce.
