Lenape Festival 10/5-10/6 Sandy Hook, NJ

There will be a Lenape Festival in Lenapehoking (Lenape Homeland) at Sandy
Hook, NJ this coming weekend October 5 and 6. It will include a Northeast
Woodlands Lenape (Delaware) program, a symposium of speakers, a learning
village, and an Intertribal Powwow. The festival is scheduled from 10am-6pm
each day. Four drums, vendors, and many Lenape from Canada, Ohio, and
Oklahoma are expected to return for this event.

Sandy Hook can be reached from the Garden State Pkwy to the Keyport exit.
Rt 36 E to Keyport and 36 N to Sandy Hook Park. It is right by the Gateway
National Recreation area.
