Practitioners

This conference brings together tribal leaders, scholars, government
representatives and practitioners to address Indian gaming. The
discussion focuses on three key areas:

* Advisability
* Legality
* Achieving Success

Specific panel topics will include:

* Is Indian Gaming Advisable for Tribes?
* Litigation and Its Aftermath
* Legislative Possibilities
* Community and Public Relations
* Law Enforcement and Labor Relations
* Investment, Economic Development and Finances

Time will be scheduled for informal discussion of these vital issues
during breaks and at Friday's lunch.
