A call to Indigenous Nations to Support:
--INTERNATIONAL CALL TO UNITY--
SOVEREIGNTY DAY

Preventing Illegal Termination of American Indians
June 16, 1997 - White House, D.C.

Article I, Section 2, part 3 of the U.S. Constitution prohibits any form of
taxation against American Indian Nations by the U.S. government, quoting
"Indians not taxed."

Article VI states "treaties made with the Indian Nations shall be the
supreme law of the land." The two most populated states, New York and
California are currently being used by unnamed u.s. government officials as
"guinea pigs" to measure an illegal government termination policy. Indian
Nations will unite to expose and prevent the anti-Constitutional
Taxation/Relocation (TTT) Policy" scheme at a massive Spiritual Walk/Rally
on the White House in Washington, D.C. on Monday June 16, 1997 in
conjunction with "SOVEREIGNTY DAY" rallies at federal buildings in each
state. A simultaneous "Universal Prayer for Freedom" will commence at all
rallies at 12:30p.m., EST.

SOVEREIGNTY DAY will culminate with an "Executive Agreement" Treaty agreed
to by President Clinton which will offically halt any participation by the
president's office in the "TTT Policy" and any further inaction or action
on behalf of the federal government to allow States to illegally attempt to
tax-then-terminate Indian Nations in violation of Article I and VI of the
U.S. Constitution and the "Genocide Convention Implementation Act (PL
100-606) of 1988."

Traditional Elders/spiritual advisors and representatives of each
Indigenous Red Nation within the United States are scheduled to address
their termination concerns and remedies throughout this important and
historic day. Featured ambassadors include: Janet McCloud, Puyallup
Nation, Dennis Banks, National Field Director, AIM, Esther Sun Down, Faith
Keeper, Six Nations, Louise Benally, Dine Nation/Big Mountain, Shelly
Vendiola, Peacemaker, Swinomish Nation, John Trudell and Vine Deloria, Jr.,
Dakota Nation (unconfirmed).

There will be a "Call to Unity - Sovereignty Day Pow-Wow, Sacred Fire and
NAC ceremonies on Saturday June 14 and Father's Day June 15, 1997 at
Greenbelt Park in Washington, D.C. Camping will be available beginning
